This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how Skills Global, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Skills Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our websites, software, portals, mobile applications, online tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
For purposes of this Notice, “Clinicians” are clinicians, therapists, provider organizations, clinics, schools, practices, or similar professional users or organizations that use the Services. “Authorized Users” are individuals who use the Services on behalf of Clinicians, such as staff, administrators, supervisors, employees, contractors, and other professional users. “Caregivers” are parents, guardians, or other individuals who use caregiver-facing features or are invited to use the Services to support a child, learner, or account. This Notice applies to Clinicians, Authorized Users, Caregivers, and other individuals who access or use the Services.
Personal Information We Collect
We collect data about you in different ways. For example, we collect data:
- Directly from Clinicians, Authorized Users, and Caregivers. This includes when a clinician, provider organization, clinic, school, or other professional user creates an account, invites staff or Caregivers, purchases Services, configures a program, uploads documents, completes lessons, checks boxes, submits progress information, contacts us, or otherwise uses the Services.
- Automatically. This includes cookies, server logs, device identifiers, usage data, and similar technologies on our websites, applications, and Services.
- From Clinicians, Caregivers, and other sources. This can include information provided by provider organizations, clinics, schools, clinicians, staff, caregivers, service providers, payment processors, analytics providers, publicly available sources, and other business partners.
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following types of personal information:
- Contact and account information, such as name, email address, phone number, organization, role, login credentials, account settings, and billing or payment information.
- Clinician, Authorized User, and Caregiver information, including information provided by clinicians, provider organizations, clinics, schools, staff, caregivers, parents, and guardians.
- Program and service information, including lesson responses, checkbox inputs, progress information, questions, communications with clinicians, uploaded documents, images, notes, diagnosis-related information, behavior-related information, and other files or program data submitted through the Services.
- AI and automated analysis information, including documents, program data, and related information used to generate summaries, insights, draft behavior plans, recommendations, reports, or other outputs.
- Website and device information, such as IP address, device identifiers, browser information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and usage information.
- Other information you voluntarily provide to us.

AI-generated outputs may be used to support clinician or caregiver workflows. For clinician or provider-organization use, AI-generated outputs are intended to support clinician workflows and should be independently reviewed and approved by qualified professionals before use. For caregiver-facing functionality, certain outputs may be generated automatically and are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Where a Clinician, provider organization, clinic, school, or other professional user provides contact information for caregivers, staff, or other individuals, that person or organization is responsible for ensuring that any required consents, opt-ins, authorizations, or approvals have been obtained for communications, including email, text message, telephone, outreach, and marketing communications. We use contact information for service-related communications and, where permitted by law and applicable consent requirements, marketing communications, subject to applicable opt-out and preference requirements.
The Services are not intended for direct use by children. Information about children may be submitted by Clinicians, Authorized Users, Caregivers, parents, or guardians who represent that they have authority to provide that information.
Where we use third-party service providers, including AI service providers, to process information on our behalf, we use contractual and technical safeguards designed to limit how those providers use the information, including restrictions on use for training where applicable and as set forth in applicable agreements.

We may share information among Clinicians, Authorized Users, and Caregivers as needed to provide the Services, support clinician and caregiver workflows, facilitate communications, administer accounts, and make information available according to account configurations and permissions.

Deletion may involve removal from active systems, deidentification or anonymization, archival treatment, or soft deletion where data is no longer accessible in the production environment but may persist in backups, logs, audit records, or other retained systems for a period of time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any information uploaded or submitted to the Services is lawful, authorized, accurate, appropriate for the intended purpose, and limited to what is reasonably necessary.
